ROK Financial is looking for a self motivated, creative individual with excellent project management skills to join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Coordinator. This position will work directly with the marketing department assisting with all projects marketing related. Including but not limited to; lead distribution, email marketing, social media, SEO, content creation, video, reporting, direct mail, digital, website maintenance and more.

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Assist with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns
  • Proofreading and scheduling blogs
  • Creating/updatating Marketing collateral and Presentations
  • Setting up and promoting weekly/monthly webinars
  • Create and manipulate database segments for company communication
  • Assist with inbound lead distribution
  • Basic website maintenance; copy changes, adding images, removing content
  • Manipulate large amounts of data in and out of CRM
  • Collaborate with all departments
  • Help strategize, create and schedule monthly social media content across multiple channels and profiles
  • Assist in social media engagement, and working with external teams
 

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self starter with an eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using WordPress, varios email platforms/marketing automation tools (Pardot, Hubspsot, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud) and other cloud based applications
  • Familiarity with social media platform scheduling tools
  •  AdWords and Google Analytics a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative, Canva, and basic HTML knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or similar CRMS
  • Video editing a plus!
 

Experience we are looking for:

 
  • 1-2 years of marketing related experience
